Backorders under $100.00 will be cancelled.

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.
All initial orders require a credit card. We charge when we are ready to ship. C.O.D. charges are additional. After a few credit card orders, we offer terms of Net-30 days to rated accounts who provide us with bank information and 6 credit reference with phone & fax. Please allow 3-4 weeks for credit approval.

We ship UPS-GROUND (YES! ground rate for partial air-shipment). Other shipping methods assume additional charges. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of good. Damages during shipping must be reported immediately and the carton and packaging materials saved for inspection.

Sizes listed are approximate. Our products are all handmade with natural materials so some variation is guaranteed. They are all eco-friendly. We have been in retail business for 21 years. We take pride in our business ethic, our cultural & environmental awareness.
